St. Louis, MO - During this past fall's regular season, the St. Louis Scott Gallagher Girls ECNL Program spent many nights on the field for practice and weekends on the road for games. In addition to all of their time spent around the game, the SLSG Girls ECNL Program spent time off the field supporting our local community- part of our “ More Than a Game ”, or “MTAG” Initiative. These acts of service demonstrate that the SLSG Girls ECNL Program truly believes participating in the sport and ECNL League is in fact, More Than A Game. October During October, in order to raise breast cancer awareness, the girls chose to wear and then auction off pink Breast Cancer Awareness jerseys, decorated with the Breast Cancer Ribbon logo in place of the SLSG classic Fleur De Lis. Over $11,500 were raised at the end of the month, and donated to the Susan G Komen Foundation.
